Division Description

The Housing & Community Development Division oversees a number of federally-funded programs that are designed to build stronger and more resilient communities through an ongoing process of identifying and addressing needs, assets, and priority investments. Housing and community development activities may support infrastructure, economic development projects, housing rehabilitation, public services, micro-enterprise assistance, code enforcement, homeowner assistance, and many other identified needs.
